It seems to do business in the USA, foreign companies will need to grease the palm.
It could be that JP Morgan bought the stake in RIO, in the knowledge that Trump would like that RIO bought $9 billion of US investment bonds.
No doubt LD would be aware of this.
JP Morgan may have taken the 5% stake in RIO based on this transaction?
