Early signs of accumulation starting to show up, I have taken a small position at 2 with two targets at 2.7 and 3.2 in the short term. Would expect 4c around completion of merge and 8c or clear out of the BOD however hard to get too heavy on this ahead of all the dilution coming up. RCF pretty bullish on a change of leadership.
