We were talking about debt vs dilution. I was explaining that LTR has a debt to LG if they don’t convert their notes at 1.80. If Liontown face any issues or there’s sustained downturn in lithium price or there’s another down cycle before the notes (expire 5 years) LG may come knocking on their door for the 250M + interest.
SYA wouldn’t face that issue but granted, has issues of their own if the above played out.
