If we then assume by mid year NAL is cashflow positive and the NPV of 2.2 Billion is simplified by way of the merger then VERY conservatively assuming Mergco’s Market Cal should be 2.5 Billion considering cash on hand and not attributing ANY value to other projects.. then share price of roughly $3.33 is at least achievable pending a modest uptick in lithium price.
