Well yeah, the share price is going to go up in the short term, i think the data is pretty clear.
Just as shorts headed to the exit ahead of a potential spill, longs are now accumulating ahead of the merge and new BOD composition. There have been plenty of comparisons thrown around the last few days but the one worth exploring is the valuation discrepancy between LTR and SYA, you have to ask yourself what makes LTR worth 1.6 billion and SYA 250M?
