Post Merger share price = 0.0327c
Post consolidation scenarios 20:1 = share price 0.744 AUD
15:1 = share price 0.558 AUD
10:1 = share price 0.372 AUD
If we use the 15:1 consolidation then the post consolidation Shares on issue = 1.862 billion
Assuming a conservative cash flow positive market cap of 2.5B then SP = $1.34
Essentially what i'm getting at is, all we need is a pretty modest increase in lithium price post merger and automatically, Mergco should be re valued at a
131% increase. (this takes no other project valuations in to account. Just NAL NPV and some cash on hand)
