What Norbeto is failing to tell everyone is that if you brought in at Sayona's peak it will take you approximately 10 years to get even Post Consolidation just so you are square...an thats the reason so many are selling out....the Sesame Street Gang have already done the damage...so @Norbeto why dont you show everyone who bought in above 30cents how they will get square or what the SP needs to get too for them to break even from this shet show post consolidation as per you assessment merge or no merge.
