Just to correct my previous post, RIO is not the outright owner of the Whabouchi Mine.
The mine and the lithium hydroxide plant being built at Becancour are owned by Nemaska Lithium, (50% RIO and 50% Investissement Quebec).
I have often wondered if the partnerships that SYA, (Moblan) and Nemaska Lithium have with IQ will ever lead to collaboration between the parties?
