The processes are not simple neither are finances or politics.
If it was as simple as that MergeCo would not be happening, the LiOH plant would be built and Nth Carolina would be producing spod as was the plan years ago.
I see the LiOH refinery in Finland got European funding last year.
U.S. got no eggs from Finland a Trump request so the chances of Metso building a refinery in Tennessee have reduced.
