    At least half of the incoming board has shown they are entrepreneurial.

    They probably will have had a hand in getting OTAs from Tesla and LG Chem (for PLL).

    They may also have been involved in PLL doing a number on SYA.

    Now that they are going to be part of the organisation, I won’t mind if they use their entrepreneurial skills to make MergeCo a raging success.
