Shorts wont get sweetheart discounted raises moving forward so it becomes inherently more risky for them to do business. The shorts aided by the BOD have done a real number on the retail holders of SYA. In the years ahead holders wont believe they didnt take the opportunity to vote them out when they had the chance.
