LD has been more than happy to flag a mid year completion therefore they should have a definitive timeline if they were going to hit completion in 3 months time.
It would appear that they can’t secure the regulatory approvals on a timely basis and therefore the completion date is pushing out.
Perhaps you could ask your mates in the SYA investor relations team what’s going on.
