SYA dont need to absorb 1MC, they have no project and no cash, if, and I think they have, turn off the tenement holder reimbursements 1MC will fold in a quarter and full ownership of the WA tenements will revert to SYA.
LD as CEO can't in good conscience continue to fund 1MC for lifestyle reasons, the fact 1MC is now filling the BOD with script in lieu of salary tells me the free ride is over.
Once they are gone from SYA/mergco the entity can move forward free from the AJM failure and will finally be considered investment worth by small cap fund managers.
