On the surface this could be true , but don't forget that the US is the second most wealthiest nation on the planet on a per capital basis and has close to 40% of the worlds millionaires and at last count was still 3 times more millionaires than the second highest nation of millionaires being China.
So it still ranks heavily as the Market you want to be penetrating and servicing.
