it seems a long time ago the merger was announced on 19 November last year when we we were trading at 3.8 cents.
4.5 months has now past without a clear merger timeline which is extremely poor stakeholder management from the board and management. Targets like mid year just don’t cut it with the market. Uncertainty results in red ink to the share price.
hopefully our strategic investor doesn’t have an aggressive sunset date on their equity contribution allowing them to withdraw support.
LD please provide an update to the market on the merger timeline.
