Whisky, I’m curious why you think that a merger update sooner than later would contain bad news.
Simply because it's unlikely they would complete the merger months before the estimated timeline, which is mid year, so any update regarding the merger before the upcoming quarterly would likely be something thats changed that situation, there is no other reason to update before that IMO.
Management will be well aware that they have virtually no control on the day-to-day day shareprice for any more than short blip, the markets much bigger than the company.
Anyway they will probably put one out tomorrow to prove me wrong.
The Companies last update in the form of a presentation was less 4 weeks ago, did that stop the shareprice decline, no largely because Lithiun sentiment and general market sentiment has deteriated since then and its not just affecting SYA.
I have no problem with getting updates but not ones that tell us something we already know.
