    Oh, re-rate due to the merger? Sure. Of course. Not exactly a "boom time" though.

    A "boom time" for me means the SP starts a steady recovery over many months/years. Bull market in other words.

    But once the hype & FOMO is over, what's stopping the SP from sliding again? Especially if the lithium price continues to move sideways or falls more.
