If so why hasn't SYA secured a juciy offtake agreement?
The truth is the BOD is the laughingstock of the lithium supply chain, a group you sign an offtake with a floor price in the deal, but they will still sell way below floor and cost? Fund managers won't touch then and the new CEO stated on the record that the deals they had entered into at SYA meant the company was going nowhere.
The cost of getting out of that deal was diluting holders by 100% so they can go from 75% ownership of NAL down to 50% ownership of NAL.
