The way it looks to me now is that RCF are going to end up facilitating a takeover for nothing with the Legacy 1MC losers ending up with Moblan so they can continue on their merry way. Pretty much the exact same thing that happened with Altura although they will do it a slightly different way as there isn't any debt.
If they spend the same amount in shares at current price as they were going to at 3.2 cents they will own a massive chunk of the company and also have a lot more control.
The way it looks to me now is that RCF are going to end up...
