I was taking the "all products" to be mean "all products". Doing an AI search I also see Lithium carbonate and Lithium Hydroxide are "maybe" excluded. The AI basically says that they are tariffed when contained in finished goods like battery cells, but "Maybe" not in the raw form. I know AI lags behind in its knowledge, especially in very new information, so "all products" as specified by the White House, may in fact actually mean "all products". Over the coming weeks / months, I guess we will see what spills out.
