According to the link below, all spodumene concentrate that is converted into lithium hydroxide is exempt from having tariffs applied, regardless of where it comes from.
If that is the case, SYAQ will need to prioritise conversion to LiHO for the spod that it produces at NAL, (if it wants access to the US market free of tariffs).
