Also I am surprise none of them ( Andrew, Dougal, new director Laurie Lefcourt etc ) have bought shares in the market at this low prices...are they waiting for the merge to be completed and invest some of their money in the company?
Only the CEO Lucas seems to have showed interest to own the stock.
