It will be interesting to see whether the 90 odd million shorts used on Thursday 3rd of April will change our overall downward trajectory or just be a blip on our aggregate short sells (shortman hasn't caught up yet, being T+4). ie those new shorts were used as leverage for 'old' short covering.
Although I can't see where they would get the supply for covering that 90 mill plus whatever they had in old shorts for that theory to work.
Time will tell.
