    If the dilution amount is known and priced in (which it is) then it’s a gamble that’s worth taking IMO. Generally with dilution the price will drop but in the mergers case, it’s well documented the total amount and what it’s going to be used for and the value of the merged entity. So in all likelihood, post raise could see an uptick in SP which would mean it would be more costly to buy after the fact.

    I guess watch this space for directors buying on market..

    I mean LD purchased 2.5m shares at 2.9c in December. It’s been we’ll documented the post merger share price will exceed this.. so todays prices look like absolute bargain bin pickups… unless of course there is issues with the merger… which I still haven’t received an email back from Andrew Barber
