Yeah of course i didnt ask for anything material.. just some colour on the state of things considering the Market caps of PLL and SYA have considerably decreased from the pre completion joint value of AUD $972M.
The combined equity finance amount at completion is estimated to be $149M AUD (this is cash) Which is only $36M off SYA's current valuation for their entire company.
If the merger were to go through today. Merge Co's combined valuation would be approx $382M AUD. This is less than half of the pre completion combined value.
This HAS to have an impact on things and we should probably be hearing how pretty soon. I guess the Merger can still proceed as planned but im pretty sure RCF wont be paying .032c
