Shareholder approval is required to complete this transaction meaning documents would need to be out by the end of April to allow the shareholder vote in early June and then administrative matters to complete the merger by ‘mid year’ which is 30 June.
I fully expect RCF to be tipping in at 3.2 cents. That’s the deal subject to shareholders approving the merger.
if any of the above is incorrect then the directors are in breach of their continuous disclosure obligations.
