Back on the RCF cornerstone placement, if the share price had of doubled since November, rather than halved I bet they would be tipping in at 3.2 cents.
So my point is it cuts both ways. RCF took on the ‘risk’ of the deal back in November and the A$69m placement should be binding at 3.2 cents subject to merger completion.
