They might still do it but there would definitely be conditions and having run rings around the very same people previously, I wouldn't put anything past RCF and their 'friends'
If they want to influence or takeover the company for someone else they will do just that. They can own double the amount of percentage for the same amount of money as they were previously going to invest. What can they do with 20% or more of the company.?
Im sure they have or have access to plenty more shares if they need them. Thats how they influence the board.
