There are 5 new (to us) directors coming on board ELVERA and two very experienced existing directors and the MD remaining...never underestimate experience, its why were debt free and not in C&M.
The issue is not directors or management its the price of Spodumene, they have a perfectly good plan for NAL but it relies of something they have no control over...what they do have some control over is being worked on successfully.
NAL is the only potential source of cashflow for many years so just let them get on with it, one thing they do understand is hardrock mining.
