Interesting points. But as ive mentioned previously, You cant just buy $69 million dollars worth of shares on market. Well, you can but this would take along time and raise the share price considerably.
From my chat with Andrew Barber yesterday about RCF, he said they are still actively engaged with SYA. He also said the only thing that needs to happen for RCF's investment to complete is share holder approval and when asked, he said currently there is nothing they are concerned with.
Amongst all the noise, this provides me with certainty that RCF's investment of $69M at 0.032c is solid.
