Andrew is not in a position to say anything other than they are currently not concerned about anything and ideally it stays that way.
Below is from the original announcement and its the "other conditions " tacked on to the end that are simply unknown but likely contain certain clauses.
Anyway we will find out over the next few weeks and any change would need to be known before voting begins.. nice tomsee a green day.
