What must a beaten down producer in a tier one jurisdiction, (like Sayona is), be as a potential takeover target when the inevitable consolidation of lithium producers occurs?
What is stopping it from happening now?
I can only assume that they are holding off until the merger is complete.
Better to acquire a clearly defined single company, than two that are jointly connected by an ugly contractual arrangement.
