I'm of the view that ' Elevra ' ....or MergCo until name approved will be the ' Acquirer ' and not the ' Acquire'e ' And I have my reason's for this as well. Yet to see any major reasons put forward as to why the merged entity would be acquired and by whom rather than taking the consolidation initiative to the front foot in its own right.
