Maybe Mercury in retrograde could affect SYA?

What about Ley lines?

What do you think @Yowie21? Would the orbital mechanics of planetary bodies affect the profitability of SYA? I mean it could, if SYA & LTR are worth the same because they both started production at the same time, perhaps Mercury in retrograde would squeeze the monetary value from SYA. The Ley lines would then transfer monetary energy to LTR, boosting their profit margins.

So much to take into account when valuing companies. We haven't even discussed healing crystals yet.

Not to worry, the "fundies" don't understand the true value here unless it's all under one roof. Once both companies merge then "fundies" can see the full picture & have a better understanding of the economics.

Another concern I have. Isn't the "NewCo" going to have similar BOD? I thought @Yowie21 said the current BOD aren't "investment grade" management, that's why no one wants to buy this Co. But after the merger, Elevra will have a similar BOD. Yet, the company will boom?

So current management aren't "investment grade" but transfer that same management to a new company, change the name, then add a few other individuals & the company will boom?
