Without knowing the contract details its pure guess work but there will be some mechanism to cover those types of events. It would be quite difficult to line up initial start up production with OTA requirements from either side. Both PLS and LTR use the spot market for excess production not required by OTA arrangements. These arrangements are often for a set tonnage over a set period but not necessarily in equal installments.
