so, SYA was selling half of production to PLL and then PLL was selling it further at a markup or in other words SYA was selling at a discounted rate. SYA still has cost of production and its administrative cost and now we have to absorb PLL's obligations and liabilities too... We have been diluted some 3-4 times by now and further dilution...still While the SYA BOD earns top salaries and compensations
