I'm not blaming KP for the mess this company is in but he is a exBanker who has ties to many professional investment institutions and as such imho has acted against the best interests of Sayona previously on numerous occassions when one looks back to what has transpired over the past 2 years. In saying that he run rings around the Sesame Street Gang when the deal was first implemented and signed and that's because of the incompetents running Sayona at that time, something that LD has clearly seen was a deadset effin joke of a deal that needed to be changed if we were going to survive at these current Lithuim Prices and as such had to give away another 25% of our company to a leech mob end of story.
The unfortunate part of the proposed merge is that those tied at the hips incompetents are still going to be part of this company and again imho one of them is way past his due by date who because of his position with regard to Altura and 1MC shouldn't be voted onto the BoD's of the proposed merge.
