AFR 05 Apr 2025"Morningstar, which has been bullish on a recovery, has been forced to temper its forecast – it now expects spodumene to rise to $US20,000 a tonne by the end of next year, down from $US25,000.
Still, the firm is betting that a growing wave of supply cuts will move the physical market closer to equilibrium, which will coincide with rising demand for the battery material used in EVs."
