If AJM was operating insolvent there is no way that a requotation would be allowed which was renamed Morella, 1MC.
AJM was put into recievership on a Sunday night by the Loan Noteholders after they agreed to a deal with Galaxy and Ganfeng on the Friday but to be signed on the Monday.
2 Days later came PLS with an uncompetitive DOCA.
