This recent news about the Ewoyaa lithium mine in Ghana is not good for PLL and potentially Elevra, and therefore potentially us as Sayona investors. They are facing difficulties in this low lithium price environment, which may cause the project to fall over and be a no go. Ewoyaa is one of the assets that PLL brings to Elevra as part of their 50% contribution. It also is potentially going to be Elevra's second source of income after NAL. If it becomes dead in the water, and as a result PLL ultimately contribute less to the original merger agreement, then should the merger split be revisited? This also comes at a time that SYA just improved one of their assests with those good Moblan drill results. Should the split remain at 50/50 or is a 60/40 split more appropriate?
