Personally I'm happy with the merger arangement, PLL enabled us to get NAL in the first place so we wouldn't even be having this discussion without them and would both be staring at the knackers yard by now without it. If their shareholders have got their pound of flesh by taking on the risk supporting SYA in the first place then good luck to them, its not a perfect world. From a shareholders perspective neither party has had a lot of fun. Time to let go the past , its not going to change, best look forward not backwards IMO.
Basically SYA is not in a position of strength to change anything, PLL only have to say no...they are bringing a load of cash with them.
