I'm mindful of PLL s commitment to Vinland that will end up being $ 12 M CAD in exploration spending meaning the issue of $10 M with of PLL shares in the future ( in addition to $ 2 M already). That will be in future an Elevra commitment. (further dilution).
Additionally, the WA commitments with Morella will be a future 'hole in the bucket' of expenditures, that seem to be not affordable in the current environment, and could threaten Elevra going forward as a going concern.
Who on the board will apply independent thought to reducing unnecessary ongoing expenditures? One or more of the ex 'independent' SYA directors with joint directorships with Morella? Or one or more of the ex PLL directors who committed to Vinland with Benton Resources?
Maybe they'll all vote on the board and it will be a 4/4 tie and nothing will happen.
Be nice to get some guidance on this prior to the vote to create Elevra.
