Previous to that it was Lynch who said in a Youtube preso on the Moblan deal that ' They ' had looked at it some time ago when it was up for grabs and couldn't afford it. By ' some time ago ' and by definition when it was last available , it was inferred that it was back when Authier was bought instead or $4.5 million instead of $60 million .
So by definition , it had to be Brown or someone else on the BOD at that time who had had the file on Moblan....., and because Lynch was not even around at that time.
