I honestly have no idea why you keep whining about the upcoming consolidation like it's some kind of catastrophe. Yes, we'll end up with 1/150th of the shares we currently hold; congrats on grasping basic division. But what you never seem to mention, probably because it wrecks your fragile little narrative, is that the share price will be 150 times higher. That’s how consolidations work, but clearly that reality is too inconvenient for you to process.
I’ve seen this movie before. I held GXY back when it was trading at 20 to 24 cents. They did a 5-for-1 consolidation in 2019, and like clockwork, people just like you came out of the woodwork crying about how they’d have “less shares.” All it really did was expose how little they understood about market mechanics; or value, for that matter. It wasn’t analysis, it was emotional baggage disguised as insight.
What happens after this consolidation? No one knows; definitely not you. The only thing that’s certain is this: obsessing over the quantity of shares you hold instead of their worth is a dead giveaway that you shouldn’t be anywhere near the market.
