Look at Lynas. in 2017 there were plenty against a share consolidation. I was happy at the time and have seen it as a success story. With SYA, it is not a case of just a share consolidation but whether or not the Company can operate with financial success. It has to get away from being a penny stock for quite a few reasons, the most immediate ones are institutional and ASX acceptance. This could also be reasoning behind the amalgamation of PLL and SYA.
