According to what I have read, construction of the lithium hydroxide refinery at Becancour is well advanced.
Now that Rio Tinto owns Arcadium, the previously owned Nemask refinery is now theirs to complete, which I imagine they would do.
It could be that the refinery which has been under construction for a year or more, may be ready to begin operations before the Nemaska owned Whabouchi Mine is in production.
As a producer in Quebec, Elevra would have to be a shoe in, I would think.
