Lol and did you read/attend the meeting in which they were approved? check the results, they were resoundingly for the shares to be issued. It your a holder and have an issue you'd be in the minority.
And if you bothered to check again, they were issued in lieu of cash payments and cash debt settlements. Pretty common among cash strapped and small companies... but you spin it how you like, whatever.
