Coz the smartest ones are always on the inside. The smartest ones are always way too confident. The smartest ones such as the old BOD of SYA ...they will be not left with much except a bowl to beg with. Coz, in this business there is always that will outsmart you especially if you lack integrity or if you are not street smart. The BOD is good at something..that is exploration. Retire...go home. make merry with your family, your grandkids. They dont know that they have invited a wolf at the tabl (PLL). Look at their top shareholders. They will replace each and every one of these Muppets sooner than later including KP
