So the realization of the company turning a profit is based on any sales to the Chineses which at this point in time is actually in the gutter and costing the company millions and even though there is the proposed merge the company will in actual fact be no better off under the merge than what they were before and will still be losing millions based on both you board luvers comments that clearly show you both think that that will still be the case for along time to come regardless of whether or not the proposed merge goes ahead based on the need for chemical conversion facilities being up and running in N.A. sometimes l wonder what business acumen poster's have considering the aim of all companies is to make profit not continue to lose money hand over foot for over 2 years and then continue to HOPE things turn in relation to the Spod prices in the future and if they continue on this downward trend then those millions of dollars being lost each month will continue merge or no merge.
