Judging by the treatment the Boer farmers are receiving in South Africa; I wouldn't count on SYA getting any assistance in increased price arrangements from a government in SA. The Chinese also want to buy as cheap as possible so expect downward pressure from them as well. The answer is to restrict the supply until the cos and price get better balanced.
